Before I started to paint full-sheet watercolors I did spend years of sketching with watercolors. These hundreds of sketchbook pages were so important for developing my own style and to discover the beauty of the watercolor-medium. So I decided to collect my sketches in these books. I still use some of these sketches as a reference for new paintings and so this collection comes in pretty handy for myself, too. Bevor ich anfing, großformatige Aquarelle zu malen, habe ich jahrelang mit Aquarellfarben skizziert. Diese Hunderte von Skizzenbuchseiten waren so wichtig, um meinen eigenen Stil zu entwickeln und die Schönheit des Aquarellmediums zu entdecken.
